Biography

PMP, Architect and artist

Born on August 29th, 1956 in Paris.
Lives and works in Paris and in Brittany.

Member of Taylor Association, Ligne et Couleur Architects-artists, CNFAP of UNESCO, France Chine Art Expo, and ADAGP.

Pascale MORELOT-PALU began her career as a social worker at the Assistance Publique, while pursuing artistic activities developed since childhood.


At the age of 30, she decided to train at the architectural school, Ecole d'Architecture de Paris-Tolbiac, whilst following the National Museum of Modern Art’s contemporary art courses from 1991 to 1994 and attending lessons at the artistic school, Ecole de Martenot.


Building up her professional experience at architecture agencies, Vasconi and JM Wilmotte in Paris, she then went on to set up her own agency, ARCHITECTURES PMP, in 1994.


From 1990 to 1994 she exhibited work from series based around different materials: cement, cotton, aluminum foil, sandpaper, paper, canvas or wood.


From 2003, she attended classes and workshops by the painter, Ben Ami Koller, and works acrylic and mixed medias on canvas, in successive rounds.


She is also a co-founder of the association GEBO-ART in Draveil.

 

Several group exhibitions and solo exhibitions, in France, China and Corée. 

Decorated of Sciences, Arts and Letters in 2013.
